Recorded personal data.

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December regarding protection of personal data, DERMALOOK notifies www.dermalook.com web portal users that the data provided via their page by means of forms, emails received requesting information or sent providing comments, and are considered as personal data will be included in their personal data files, unless otherwise specified elsewhere. Similarly, they inform www.dermalook.com web page users that they expressly consent to the use of this data for the purpose of responding to an information request, as well as for its existing contractual/pre-contractual relationship management and that users will be kept up to date with regards promotions, company or optic sector products/services (New promotions, products or services, news, updates, publications etc.) even after the said relationship has been terminated.

At all times DERMALOOK shall supervise, check and evaluate processes to ensure that data privacy is respected.

In such cases where it is necessary to complete a form and click the send button, this shall necessarily imply that you have been informed and have expressly granted your consent to the content of the clause annexed to this form.

The user must complete the forms with correct, precise, complete and up-to-date details, being informed at this point that this data is compulsory. The user shall be solely responsible for any direct or indirect damage or injury which could be caused to DERMALOOK owing to completing the forms with incorrect, inaccurate and non-current information.

If the visitor is under 18 years old, prior parental or guardian consent is required before entering their personal details on the website forms. DERMALOOK shall not be held accountable for this requirement.

Data supplied by a third party.

In the event that the request form includes personal data for persons other than the person submitting the details, the user must inform the said persons of the contents of the preceding paragraph prior to submission.

Processing of recorded personal data.

Details relating to emails received and remaining data received through completion of the respective forms will be used for purposes listed in the preceding paragraph.

Details relating to emails received will never be used for purposes other than enquiries management.

“COOKIES”

1 – DERMALOOK will not install any “cookies” on user devices, but reserves the right to use “permanent cookies” in the future in order to improve navigation and to determine the frequency with which users access their services, allowing them to know the statistical behaviour pattern, with the aim of offering a better service.
In both circumstances, you are able to configure your browser so that you are notified on the screen when receiving “cookies” and can prevent cookies being installed on your hard drive.

“SPAMMING”

The only communication you will receive by email will be necessary for managing information requests by users, to respond to comments and to send special offers.

Commercial communications by email.

The only commercial communications sent by email will be those that the recipients have expressly authorised or consented to in compliance with the Law 34/2002 of 11th July of the Information Society Services and E-Commerce, except as provided for in Article 21.2 of the Law 34/2002, of the Information Society Services and E-Commerce in the wording given by the First Final Provision of the new general law regarding telecommunications.

Security measures.

DERMALOOK relies on technical, organizational and human resources required to ensure the security and protection of its information systems, as well as the data and information stored within them. DERMALOOK shall ensure confidentiality of the personal details you provide under security measures established in RD 994/1999 of 11th June, which approves the regulation of security measures of computerised files which contain personal details. In this regard, strict security levels undertaken by DERMALOOK exceed the minimum requirements stated in this regulation, with the aim of preventing the loss or manipulation of information.

Obligation of professional secrecy.

The user relies on the confidentiality and professional secrecy of DERMALOOK employees and all persons who process data on behalf of and for DERMALOOK. Notwithstanding the above, the user is aware of the possibility that the security of communications via the network is not invulnerable.
